Party dates and timeslots are secured by a non-refundable deposit. The Craft Studio does not hold or guarantee dates or timeslots without a deposit. Find the location’s calendar and choose your date to secure the deposit directly online.

A $350-$1000 non-refundable deposit (depending on extra time and private party selections) is required to secure your party date and time slot.

Final balances are based on confirmed attendees, craft selections, time or private party add-ons, station add-ons, etc. in place 7 days before your party and must be paid in full 2 days before your party. Unless requested, final balances will be charged to the last used card on file . We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, or cash (final bill less CC fee delivered in person 2 days before party). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

If you need to re-schedule for any reason it must be during any available party slot within 14 days of your original party date. After 14 days (and before 90) it must be Monday-Thursday or during an "After Hours" weekend time slot. Parties re-scheduled/cancelled later than 10 days prior to the event date will be charged in full based on confirmed details at the time of re-schedule/cancellation.

Our back party room comfortably accommodates up to 35 kids AND their grown ups (w/approx. 1 adult per child). For an additional $1,000, families may rent out the entire store to accommodate up to 50 kids and their grown ups!

Yes! An additional 30 minutes may be added to your party for $600. Additional 30 minutes are added on to the END of your party time booked. 12-12:30pm for the 10:30am time slot, 3:00-3:30pm for the 1:30pm time slot, or 6pm-6:30pm for the 4:30pm time slot.

Absolutely… as long as they are only providing services The Craft Studio does not offer.
All outside vendors must be approved beforehand by The Craft Studio and must provide a Certificate of Insurance.

Though you may adjust the guest headcount up to 7 days prior to your party date - your guest count should be fairly accurate at the time of selecting your project/special orders 2 weeks before your party date. Drastic changes to your confirmed count can impact these areas and incur additional charges for any necessary expedited shipping. We do allow more guests than originally confirmed. Any additional children/crafts (siblings/friends/additional projects) partaken in will add to the final headcount on the day of.

All craft projects and special orders must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to your party date. If themes, craft projects, or special orders are not selected at least 2 weeks prior to your party date, The Craft Studio cannot guarantee craft selection availability and you are responsible for any fees associated with expedited orders. Please keep in mind that The Craft Studio is not responsible for any vendor shipping delays, and the booking party will be required to pay expedited shipping fees.

Absolutely! This is something we do best. For a customization fee we can tailor your party/craft to any theme you can dream! Customization discussion and options are only available after a date and deposit has been made.

Guests choose a plaster piece to paint from an awesome selection including animals, characters, sports themes, butterflies, hearts, cars, food, and so much more!
Party hosts can choose acrylic (more vibrant but permanent) paint for guests to use or washable paint (comes out of most fabrics but a little less vibrant). The best part is there is no firing so guests take them home at the end of the party with a glaze they have painted on!

Party hosts pre choose between two fab clay play party crafts for their guests…either a round clay birthday cake box and watercolored party scene, or a clay scene in a shadow box with a water color background and clay critters inside. This is a clay crafters dream with all different colors of moldable cotton like clay, pipe cleaners, feathers, gems, buttons, and more to stick in and create with.

On adorable canvas hand puppets complete with pom pom eyes and felt tongues..guests use fabric markers in vibrant colors to personalize. Next they use glue and felt shapes, pick out fun and silly puppet hair, and add feathers and fur! Once their puppets are done we make sure party guests bring them along to the interactive puppet show! Our team puts on a super special interactive one of a kind puppet show that guests will interact with their puppets to the classic “Three Little Pigs” that we tell with a NYC twist.

The ultimate glamours makeover adventure for lovers of being fab and having sparkly fun! Upon arrival guests start at a face paint/make up station where fun and whimsical eye swirls are put on using individual q-tips and with antibacterial gel used in-between each guest for safety. Party guests then decorate an adorable handheld wooden mirror with paint pens, sparkle glue, sequence, and gems. This mirror is the ticket to the most magical makeover ever! Guests float in groups to three stations including a sparkle station, a hair station , and a nail station. The sparkle station is where guests get adorned with sparkles on their arms, get stick on earrings applied, pick out gems for their faces, and pick out a lipgloss and bracelet to take home. At the nail station guests choose between nail polish or nail stickers to be applied. This party is a slime lovers dream! Using our top secret (and the most amazing) slime recipe guests get to make two different types of slime! Party hosts pre pick for guests the two slimes to be made at the party from glow, fluff, cloud, seasonal, crunchy, unicorn, or alien slimes. Slimes are taken home in a jar decorated by party guests as well to match the theme. Super slime fun will be had by all!

At this party science is combined with beauty! Party guests float to a bath bomb making station, a lip balm making station, and a body scrub making station. Using only the best ingredients and cool packaging these spa elements are so fun to take home as a party favor as each guests gets to make all three! Party host pre picks either a white hooded sweatshirt or a white pair of sweatpants for each guest to customize. Fabric stencil, fabric paints, fabric sprays, and on trend embellishments are all used to customize their sweats! Cool, comfy, and of so stylish their party craft will be!

Calling all high fairytale royalty and flying superheroes! Party guests decide between crafting a superhero or fairy costume! Do you have a budding cake decorator on your hands? If so this is the party for you! We take cake decorating to a whole new level as each guest starts with two 6 inch cake layers (hosts decide chocolate or vanilla or one of each) and a giant frosting bag to ice their cake. Next we show cake decorators how to do a border, icing flowers, and to write on their cake distributing all the proper tools. Than it gets really fun as we bring our the fondant candy clay, colored icing bags, sprinkles, edible glitter, candy, and more!
